About me

Born and raised in South Nepal (Nawalparasi), I moved to the United States for college. I double majored in Chemistry and Mathematics-Physics and along the way also earned a minor in Human Biology. Currently a PhD Candidate at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, my research focus is interdisciplinary and utilizes tools and principles from cancer biology, mathematical modeling and physical sciences to understand how cancer cells respond to therapy. Beside research, I have keen interests on education, curriculum design and development.
